Thank you for shopping with Prakriti Migraine Care. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of personal care and wellness products, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

A return may be accepted only if:

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.

  • The product is missing from your order.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order number along with clear photos or a video showing the issue. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once your request has been approved and verified, your refund will be processed.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method after the required details are provided.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to verification of your claim and product availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
