We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders across eligible locations in India. There are no hidden shipping charges.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID or shipment details through the contact information provided during checkout, allowing you to monitor your order's delivery status.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your package. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most serviceable locations across India. COD availability depends on your delivery PIN code and courier service coverage.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video of the issue. We will review your request and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
